Elizabeth is a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Infant Sleep Specialist, Core Lactation Consultant, and Licensed Massage Therapist, with specialized training in Safe Infant Care and Early Childhood Education. She is HIPAA compliant and holds current CPR certification, ensuring every family receives care that is both compassionate and safety-focused.
With over a decade of experience, Elizabeth is known for her calm presence, clinical knowledge, and deeply supportive approach during the postpartum period. She provides expert guidance in newborn care, maternal recovery, infant sleep, and lactation support, helping families navigate early parenthood with confidence and ease.
As a mother of three, Elizabeth brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. Her care is rooted in evidence-based practices while honoring each family’s unique needs, values, and goals.
